How to use the menstrual cup steriliser?

To use a microwave steriliser for your menstrual disc correctly, follow the steps below.

First make sure the disc is completely clean.
Fill the steriliser with water up to the indicated line, place the disc inside and close it properly.
Then place the steriliser in the microwave.
Sterilise for 3 to 5 minutes.
Once finished, be careful when taking it out, as it will be hot. Allow to cool before opening and remove the menstrual disc, which is now sterilised and ready to use.
