How to order my products?


  1. Choose an item

When you see something you want to order, choose your size and preferred colour and click "Add to bag". Want something else? Keep browsing and adding items to your cart in the same way. Finished? Just click "Checkout" in the top right corner, and follow the steps in the checkout process below.


  1. Check your order

Check that the items you have chosen are the ones you want, as well as the sizes and colours. Then, if you have a discount code, add it in the corresponding box and click on "Add". Your discount code will take effect immediately. 


  1. Login 

If you have logged in before you start the purchase process, you may skip this step. Otherwise, enter your email and password. Don't have an account yet? You can create an account by filling in the necessary data. 


  1. Enter your delivery details

In this step you can choose where you want us to send your order. We can send it to the same address you have registered with or to a different one: in both cases you will have to choose the option "Home delivery". 


  1. Confirm your order

You are almost done. Please check that your order and delivery details are correct. Once you have done that, you can click "Continue".


  1. Finalising your purchase

You are in a totally secure payment gateway where you can choose your preferred payment method.

  1. Price and payment

The prices on the website include VAT.


  1. My credit card is rejected

Your chosen payment method may not correspond with your card. For example, please check if you are using VISA or MASTERCARD. 

The card may be expired.

The card limit may have been exceeded. Please check with your bank. 

Finally, please check that you have filled in all your details correctly.


  1. Buy as a non registered guest

The MissVerde website also allows you to make a purchase through the guest purchase function. Buying as a guest means you will only be asked for the essential data to be able to process your order. Once the purchase process has been completed, you will be offered the option of registering as a user or continuing as an unregistered user.


General information



  1. Availability of products

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in our supply chain or if items are out of stock, we will refund the amount paid.


  1. How do I know my size?

In each product description, on the right side of every product page, you can find a size guide.

Kindly note different models may have different measurements.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel your order.

 

  1. Can I remove an item from my order? 

Unfortunately, once the payment has been completed, it is not possible to remove an item from your order.


  1. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

In this case, please write to our MissVerde Customer Service, indicating your order number and the reference of the faulty or incorrect item, together with a photo of the item so that we can better understand the incident. 


  1. I still haven't received my order, what can I do?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of confirmation of your order, please contact us at info@missverde.es. This delivery estimate is only valid for national shipments in Spain. Shipments to other countries may take longer.


  1. Can I request the delivery of an order outside Spain?

Yes, we ship orders to all member states of the European Union. 


  1. Managing returns or exchanges

Kindly note, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to hygienic reasons. We can exchange your unused absorbent underwear for a different size. The costs concerned with the exchange are beared by the customer and should also include original packing materials. In case of a faulty or wrongly sent product please contact our MissVerde Customer Service, indicating your order number and the reference of the faulty or incorrect item, along with a photo of it.


Registering

 

  1. How do I register?

MissVerde offers two registration options. You can click on "Register" on the top right hand side of our website or during the purchase process.


  1. What are the advantages of registering?

By registering you will no longer have to fill in your delivery details every time you make a purchase. You will be kept up to date with our exclusive promotions, discounts, new arrivals, competitions, events and many other things!


  1. Once I have registered, how can I modify my details?

Go to "My account" and click on "Edit details": you will be able to modify all the details you want, including your password. Don't forget to click on "Send".


  1. I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login" on the top right hand side of our website. Once inside, click on "I have forgotten my password". Just enter your email address and we will automatically send you an email with instructions on how to change your password.


  1. Is it possible to receive periodic information by email with the latest news and offers from MissVerde?

Of course! You can do this by registering or by leaving your email address in the "Become a MissVerde club member" box or ´subscribe to the newsletter´ at the bottom of each page.

  1. Where can I buy an e-Gift Card?

You can purchase an e-Gift Card directly from our homepage. We are happy to personalise your e-Gift card.

  1. When is Customer Service available?    


Customer Service is available all year round on working days, except on Spanish public holidays. Our email address is info@missverde.es. We speak Spanish, English, German and Dutch.


SHIPPING POLICY: NATIONAL SHIPMENTS IN SPAIN

How long will my order take to arrive? 

The delivery time for orders is 3 to 5* working days** from the time of shipment (only for peninsular shipments; excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands). All deliveries will be made by the transport company Correos Express. If for any reason the order is delayed, we will contact you.


How much does delivery cost?

The standard shipping costs are not included in the price of the articles (only for peninsular shipments, excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands**). The shipping costs will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore are:


Spain (peninsula): free from €50 // standard €3.90//Express from €6.90 onwards


Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): from €6.50


Canary Islands (rest of the islands): from €6.50


Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca): from €4.90


Balearic Islands (other islands): from €4.90


Ceuta and Melilla: we do not deliver to Ceuta and Melilla.


* Working days (M-F). MissVerde will make its best efforts to meet this delivery time, always within the maximum established in the General Conditions of Purchase.



**These are approximate deadlines, and only the deadlines included in the General Conditions of Purchase are binding.



Can I request the delivery of an order outside Spain?

Yes, we deliver internationally.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of confirmation of your order, please contact us at info@missverde.es.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 


We currently only ship to countries within the European Union*.


Standard shipping costs €8.99. Free international shipping on orders over €80. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery is the responsibility of the local postal service of the destination country, in case of any problems please contact them directly.


* European Union Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Spain.


EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

There are different procedures for exchanges, returns and cancellations. Below, we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.

Exchange: an exchange is considered to be the substitution of the same product in another size. The customer must pay the shipping costs of the exchange. 

Returns: returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons. Returns are only accepted due to a defect or receipt of an erroneous product.

Certain articles have special exchange conditions and will not be accepted if they have been opened or unsealed. Please see the details in the General Conditions of Purchase.


What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please write to our MissVerde Customer Service, at info@missverde.es, indicating your order number and the reference of the defective or incorrect item, along with a photo, in order for us to better understand the incident.
