What sizes are available for the MissVerde Menstrual Cup?

There are several options to suit every woman's needs. In our shop you can find two different sizes of menstrual cup:

• Large Menstrual Cup (L): has a capacity of 35ml and is perfect for women with heavy flow.
• Small Menstrual Cup (S): with a capacity of 20ml is the best choice for women with a moderate flow.

Choosing the right size is essential to ensure a perfect fit, greater comfort and avoid leakage.

To ensure the durability and safety of your menstrual cup, it is crucial to keep it properly cleaned and sterilised. Here are some simple steps to care for your MissVerde menstrual cup:

1. Before the first use and at the end of each cycle: it is essential to sterilise your menstrual cup. You can do this using our sterilising cup or the electric steam steriliser. Simply place the cup in the container of water and let it boil or steam for 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure the cup is completely covered by the water or steam to kill any bacteria.
2. During the cycle: every time you empty the menstrual cup, clean it with cold or lukewarm water. If you do not have access to a sink, you can use alcohol-free wipes and then rinse it properly when possible.
3. Storage: After the cycle is over, sterilise the cup and store it in its breathable cloth bag. You can also use our waterproof cloth bag.
